Best Banana Bread Recipe!

This is the best banana bread recipe I have ever tried! It's moist, sweet but not over powering and filling.  It makes for a great breakfast for those rushed mornings when you are running out the door quickly.

The key to delicious banana bread is very ripe banana's.  This means the peel should be mostly brown, so if your banana's are looking like it's time to throw them away, mash those suckers up into some moist and delicious banana bread.  Don't worry if you have bananas that are ready but you aren't ready to make the bread, put the bananas in the freezer until you are ready to use them.

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 medium ripe bananas

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

3. Peel and mash the banana's in a bowl, this can usually be done with a fork.

4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.  Mix until eggs are broken and fully mixed.

5. In a separate bowl mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda.

6. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.

7. Pour mixture into pan.

8. Bake for about 55 minutes.

Pick up some banana's on your next shopping trip make it on a Sunday and you will not have to worry about breakfast for the entire week, that is if your family doesn't eat it all first.
